Yanni Yu

With a tertiary education background in business and aviation management, Yanni’s past career includes business development, business operation, team supervision and customer service. More relevantly, Yanni has been a property owner and investor for a number of years, so he knows about the property market from both a buyer’s and seller’s perspective.  Yanni was born in China and moved to NZ in 2002, and after spending one year in Auckland Yanni and his family have been living in Wellington ever since. About 6 years ago they decided to move out of Wellington city and now call the Kapiti Coast home.  Yanni enjoys being part of his community and has been involved in weekend sports coaching, promoting local schools overseas, organising school programs and social community programs. He is also a family man who loves cooking, gardening, sports, fishing and staying active.
