Ximenita has lived and travelled extensively overseas before settling in New Zealand and calling Palmerston North her home for almost 20 years.
Ximenita's family owned and operated several businesses across varied industries, which inspired her to independently own two Limited Companies in her own right. The challenges and experience of running her own business enables Ximenita to relate to the complex requirements of identifying and understanding new commercial opportunities.
Career wise, Ximenita’s has been in the food sector for over 15 years, as a result of studying at Massey University where she attained a Masters and a PhD in Food Technology. During her working career, Ximenita’s various roles have allowed her to develop client management, project leadership and business management skills that are vital when partnering with people to work towards a common goal.
Ximenita likes to keep things simple, establish clear goals and commit to them until she achieves results. Her most appreciated skill is her ability to communicate easily to people from different backgrounds and to connect the dots to create the best deal for her clients and buyers.
