Since joining Bayleys in 2017, Will has quickly cemented himself as a top salespeople in his field, testament to his natural skill set was accomplishing the Marlborough “Big Achiever” Threshold in his first full year in Real Estate, a feat that many others in the industry aspire to attain.

Locally Born and Bred, Will grew up hunting, fishing, diving and exploring around the Marlborough Sounds, this time spent with family, friends and often alone, resulted in a deep passion for the outdoors and it has not taken long to confirm that the ‘Sounds and Surrounds’ market and Will go “hand in hand”. His clients use words such as friendly, professional and very easy going. His colleagues would testify, energy, empathy and an excellent market knowledge.
