Having started his real estate career in May 1987, just a few months before the biggest share market collapse in modern times, and the subsequent flow on effect into real estate, Wayne is no stranger to the swings and moods of the Queenstown property market.

However, whatever the state of the market, his approach never varies. “When I heard the phrase ‘accentuate the positive’ I discovered that it can be applied to every property and every circumstance and at any time,” he says. “Mind you, it is always easy to find the positives in a wonderful place like Queenstown”, adds Wayne.
