My parents are both 80 and have been living in an inaccessible house for about 15 years.  I had been trying to encourage them to move to a more suitable place when, in May of 2015, they were introduced to Viv through their bank. She has provided invaluable assistance to them and to me over the course of the year with the end result that they have sold their house (settlement December 4, 2015).

All through the process, which has proven to be extremely stressful for everyone, Viv has been unfailingly kind and supportive and has established a very friendly professional relationship with us all.  She was instrumental in getting help for Mum and Dad to clear out many of their belongings from their house (and move them into storage) so that they house could look its best for sale.   The professional, polished presentation of the house was, without a doubt, a result of her knowledge and experience and it meant the house sold after only 3 weeks.  There is no way we could have done that ourselves.
