Vicki Kirkpatrick

Even if you don’t know her name, chances are you’ll recognise Vicki’s friendly and familiar face having owned her own successful retail business in Cambridge for the past 15 years.

Originating from the Netherlands but having called Cambridge ‘home’ since 1994, Vicki loves nothing more than helping others find their own dream home in one of the most gorgeous towns in New Zealand.

Alongside running her own business and helping run the family business, Vicki has bought, built, updated and sold a number of rental properties to satisfy her love for real estate.  On this journey she honed her negotiation skills, became adept at grooming and presenting a home for maximum market impact and gleaned a tidy return on each of the properties she sold.

With her empathetic nature, commitment to customer service and solid work ethic, Vicki has now turned her part-time property pastime into a permanent passion and teamed up with her sister Karen Grootscholten at the award-winning Bayleys brand in Cambridge.

As a mother herself, Vicki can relate to the stresses and disruptions caused by the sale of a home on all members of the family and is keenly committed to using her real estate savvy to make your property sale a positive experience.
