Raised in a property loving family I grew up spending weekends at open homes with my real estate mum & on building sites watching dad complete countless property flips before they became worthy of reality-TV. Real estate is in my DNA.

Prior to my career in real estate I was fortunate to have a varied career in multiple industries over the course of 25 years. My experience in finance, legal administration and retail & wholesale business ownership has given me the skills and passion to keep learning and always look for ways to do things better & smarter.

I have a unique and enviable “behind the scenes” understanding of the real estate business having being involved in sales, client, and contract management within the Mike Pero team. I understand the process and am able to focus on the needs of my clients from all vantage points. I believe that no two transactions are the same, everyone has different needs and I approach each home focused on open dialogue and collaboration. It is important to me that I take the time to listen and understand how I can help my clients achieve what they want, in the time that they want to achieve it.

I am blessed to be able to live in this wonderful corner of the world with my family and menagerie of fur babies. I am passionate about supporting our wider community through volunteering and fundraising as well as various local events through sponsorship.

Vanessa joined the Mike Pero Millwater team in 2015 after working for another real estate brand. She purchased the Millwater franchise in 2022 and has great plans for the Millwater team!
