Trevor is originally from South Taranaki. After a brief period of administration with an insurance company, then working for his father's drainage company, Trevor joined Shell New Zealand, a career that spanned 22 years. During this time, Trevor was principally involved in the sales and marketing operations, which included Territory Management in the Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Thames Valley, plus a Property and Development role during the time of the oil industry deregulation.
Late 1997, Trevor decided to commence real estate as a residential consultant in Tauranga. This has proved to be a highly successful change with Trevor having achieved the company's 'Millionnaire' Sales Achievement in 2001, 2002 and 2003.
During 2003, Trevor sought a management position and transferred to Eves Rotorua in October. In early 2008, Trevor transferred as Branch Manager to Eves Mount Maunganui.
Along with his wife, Heather, Trevor is a keen walker, enjoys tennis and keeps in close contact with their 3 adult sons.
