Tracy aims to take all the stress and worry away from you, while you shop around for your new home and move on with the next stage of your life with your loved ones.

Moving from Mangawhai when her youngest approached school age, Tracy found herself re thinking life and work and her desire to find a balance for herself and her family and relocated to Kerikeri.  They built a new home and started a new life, focusing on family and enjoying the beach lifestyle Kerikeri has to offer (sandy toes are happy toes). 

Tracy studied and achieved a Level 4 in business studies and started her career in the real estate industry 14 years ago as sales administrator, qualified as a real estate licensed salesperson, then moved into property management.

She has accumulated the skills and knowledge to assist you with a professional yet personal approach.  Additional to her love for real estate, Tracy embraces technology, she looks forward to utilizing all the e-tools possible and necessary to truly receive outstanding client-orientated results.
