Tracey Coppins

With her trademark smile and her honest and approachable nature, Tracey Coppins really does put the smile into real estate. She’s a local resident who’s got a tonne of business experience and who’s got a genuine passion for the real estate industry.

Before working in real estate Tracey worked in banking and then in visual merchandising for one of the country’s most well known children’s clothing brands. Starting at the bottom, she quickly worked her way up to become the Global Visual Merchandiser - demonstrating her eye for detail, creativity, leadership skills, ability to work with people at all levels and under pressure too.

A familiar face in the area, Tracey is a local Gardens resident who’s lived locally with her family for the past 9 years. She loves the area’s beautiful walks, bike tracks in Totara Park and the Botanical Gardens as well as the fact that it’s a great safe neighbourhood to bring up your children.

Tracey’s family is her pride and joy and she is exceptionally proud of her two sons, one of who has successfully completed a Graphic Design degree and one who is a sprinter and in the High Performance Squad for Athletics NZ.

Having watched her husband enjoy a hugely rewarding job in real estate for many years, and with her sons now grown up, Tracey knew that it was the right time to take on a new adventure and that real estate was the right career choice for her. She puts her heart and soul into the job and is well known for having a huge smile and being an absolute pleasure to work with.
