Tony Afendoulis

Hi, I'm Tony Afendoulis.  I joined Professionals DoubleWinkel Real Estate after a lengthy career in Sales and Marketing in both the Relocation and Retail industry.

My greatest attribute is my caring and friendly ability to talk to people and listen by placing myself in their own shoes to fully appreciate their needs and requirements.

Buying or Selling property can be a stressful process, but it doesn't have to be!  My personal commitment to you is to make your experience a smooth and memorable on and for all the right reasons.

I am actively involved in numerous community projects such as Salvation Army "Big Sallies Surprise', where my colleagues and I walked through many neighbourhoods in Wellington raising several thousand dollars in monetary donations as well as amassing some 300 cartons of donated food, for the needy Salvation Army foodbanks.  The true reward was seeing under privileged families faces light up as a result of the generosity of our local community which will always resonate with me.

Having been involved in another of my many passions in keeping NZ Green, over the last two years I have been a part of the Conservation Departments Living Legends programme where my two children and I have collectively planted closed to 1000 trees behind the golf course in Adelaide Road, Island Bay.

Being family orientated, I am married to Violet and am blessed to have two beautiful children, Dan 14 and Talia 17, who I have coached and watched their rugby, cricket and soccer while spending quality time with both friends and family.
