Titus brings a wealth of in-depth knowledge beyond real estate to his clients, with experience across accounting, sales, financial analysis and running boutique hotels. 

Titus first came to New Zealand from Taiwan as an overseas student in the mid-1990s and now calls Auckland home. Having been admitted to the prestigious CPA Australia as an accounting member following his degree in accountancy from Massey University, Titus established two successful hotels in Taiwan, giving him invaluable insights into every aspect of the business, from marketing to sales.

With a strong analytical background, Titus ensures his clients have the information they need to make informed decisions. He also has an ever-increasing database of investors actively looking for property opportunities in Auckland.
