Thomas Webb

As the Property Assistant working for Barfoot & Thompson’s Takapuna Property Management team, its Thomas Webb’s primary responsibility to conduct property inspections and deal with maintenance. He’s well skilledfor the role, holding a Level 4 Property Management qualification and bringing some exceptional qualities to the already well regarded local rentals team.

Before working in Takapuna, Thomas spent four years studying a Bachelor of Science in Business Communications in Virginia USA on a soccer scholarship and then a further year working in Property Management. Thomas is experienced in working with a wide range of people, including those in low income areas and has worked closely with the American Navy too. 

Thomas has adopted America’s work ethic and lives by the motto, nil satis nisi optimum which is Latin for “nothing but the best is good enough”. When you couple this with Thomas’ personable and professional nature, you really do have an edge above the competition. 

Thomas believes in a balanced and active life and is still a keen soccer player who plays First Team Football for Birkenhead United. He loves Auckland’s North Shore saying, “Takapuna is a prime example of what makes Auckland one of the most liveable cities in the world. Having spectacular beach views, eateries and bars, Takapuna is the perfect up and coming beach centre.”
