With 36 years experience in the Industry Terry Gardiner is a well known icon in Real Estate in the Northern Suburbs. Terry and business partner Paul Coltart established Guardian Real Estate Ltd in August 1975. In 1985 they joined the First National Real Estate Group and changed their name to Guardian First National Ltd. Residential sales offices together with commercial, property management and rentals department have been servicing the Real Estate needs of the Wellington public for more than 30 years. Terry has been a local resident living in Khandallah for the past 40 years and has seen many changes in both the Real Estate Industry and throughout Wellington and the Northern Suburbs. Married to Donna with two grown up sons and two grandchildren Terry spends his free time at his holiday home in Hatepe. He is a keen boatie and is often seen on the shores of the Whitecliffs in Taupo. Terry can often be seen doing many an open home on a Sunday afternoon.. Real Estate like rust never sleeps!
