Tema spent her early years in Tauranga prior to moving to Taranaki where she studied at a full immersion Maori School.

Her working career was in the hospitality field where customer service played a huge part in her day to day activities. With this experience she is now able to apply the same service to real estate ensuring that client and customer care are always top of mind.
