Susan Woolnough

Susan commenced real estate in 1992 and has worked in Marton, Palmerston North, Orewa, Birkenhead and Queensland. She graduated from Massey University in 1999 with a Diploma in Business Studies, endorsed in Real Estate and became a Member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.
During her real estate career, Susan has owned offices, managed offices for other owners, listed and sold residential, lifestyle and rural properties, and sold design and build homes, in the various areas. During this time she has received many awards for selling and trained many new and existing real estate consultants.
Prior to commencing real estate, she worked at Westpac Bank and then owned two designer giftware stores. In 2010 to the end of 2012, she was living in Papua New Guinea, managing an office that specialised in obtaining
visas and work permits for expats.
