Sue’s proactive approach to getting property sold has engendered plenty of goodwill from satisfied clients and resulted in solid referral and repeat business via word of mouth. Spending her childhood growing up on the North Shore and holidaying in the Matakana coastal area, in 2014 Sue decided to make Matakana her primary home. It’s not a coincidence that Sue then started to notice that many of her VIP Ponsonby and Herne Bay clients were doing the same thing and she was being sought out for her advice.

With 16 successful years operating in arguably the most competitive and demanding areas in Auckland, In 2020 Sue decided to bring her wealth of experience and knowledge, along with her established client relationships to benefit her beloved community of Matakana and surrounds.
