With a career in real estate sales and property management now spanning over 25 years, Sue has built a solid business with a reputation you can trust.
After building four real estate offices in the region through the Ray White group, Sue & Wayne decided in 2019 to concentrate their business 100% on Property Management, and now bring their property management team together under one roof in the new Takanini Gateway commercial center.
Sues drive is to provide the people of the region with a service that rivals the best in the industry through an expectation of high performance and continuous personal and professional growth. Sue expects the best from her team and believes Trust is essential, and reputation is everything.
Together with husband Wayne, the couple has six children, 10 grandchildren, and a small dog. They live locally and have a thirst to see and understand the world we live in. They have walked amongst the penguins in Antarctica, trekked to Everest Base Camp, visited the source of the Ganges in Africa, and met with Rotary groups in India.
Ask Sue what she is most proud of, and she would say her ‘family’. The word describes not only her children, and now grandchildren, but also her Ray White family: a property management team who work in a collaborative environment, forever encouraging each other to do better. Much of the business today comes from existing clients referring their friends and family members - a true testament to high customer satisfaction.
