Sue has recently joined Barfoot & Thompson after 5 years away from Commercial Brokering to broaden her experiences in other sectors of the property industry. 



Over 15 years experience within both private & public property sectors, Sue has undertaken roles in transactional sales & leasing with Bayleys and Colliers, the review and rationalisation of publicly owned property portfolios for Auckland Council, acquisition and divestment of social housing for Housing NZ and advisory to the State Owned Enterprises such as KiwiRail. 



Sue has also sold Residential land subdivisions for a private family owned company. 



Her experiences in a broad range of commercial and residential real estate sectors, has given her the contacts, experiences and knowledge to work alongside her clients with confidence.
