Formerly a building contractor in the Queenstown region PRIOR to entering real estate, Steven has a good grasp of property fundamentals and is attuned to working with people from all walks of life. His down-to-earth yet informed approach to all that he does is backed by personal property development and investment experience, and knowledge of compliance issues. Astute negotiating skills and commitment to achieving the best possible result have seen Steven has been involved in over $275 million of sales since starting in the industry. Steven is a great advocate for the Queenstown region’s lifestyle attributes and is regularly out on the lake boating and fishing. An active participant in community matters, Steven is a member of the Wakatipu Community Marine Preservation Society which has just carried out a major restoration of the Frankton marina boatshed and ticket office; a past member of the Frankton Kindergarten Establishment committee which raised the money and built the present Frankton Kindergarten; a past member of the Frankton Residents association and a past Board of Trustee’s member of Queenstown Primary School.
