Born & bred on the North Shore, and resident for over 50 years, I’m in my 25th year selling Real Estate in this area - obviously I have seen many changes during my career; house prices, infill housing, sales methods and procedures, etc. 
Experience, local knowledge of schools, beaches, market trends, values, and the intricacies of house construction is even more important today than the “good old days”.  I have adopted the process of “Managing Clients Listings” which has proven to be very popular with my Vendors. This means the Vendor will list with me and I will market the home as per usual. The point of difference being that I will happily work conjunctionally with other agencies - I actively seek out local agents and their qualified buyers in order to ensure we leave no stone unturned in exposing the home to the market.
