Sophie Pannu is the Managing Director at Harcourts Milestone ? a joint vision between her and her husband, Aman Pannu. Her career is a representation of growth and hard work, having worked in varied management roles in large firms across New Zealand and Australia.

Sophie?s real estate career began in 2014 as a Communications Manager. Her professionalism, like-ability, and strong work ethic soon found her success and recognition in the industry. Her charisma along with her natural flair for leadership propelled her into her role as Managing Director, bringing together a competent team and making Harcourts Milestone a force to be reckoned with.

With a keen eye for detail and a talent for streamlining a business, Sophie successfully implements strategic operational practices in the business, resulting in a seamless client experience and a great work environment. She is a strong believer of looking after those around her with complete transparency. Whether it is her team or her clients, Sophie?s goals are centric of those that result in success.

Outside of work, Sophie is a fantastic mother to her and Aman?s gorgeous boy, Remy, and enjoys spending quality time with her family. She is an award-winning, national level painter, enjoys a good cup of coffee and loves the odd spontaneous travel plan.
