I have worked within the property management industry for 10 years, so have a very solid background, and a great wealth of knowledge, when it comes to the Residential Tenancies Act.
My achievements have been recognised by winning national REINZ awards.
Very proud to say I am a qualified Property Manager, achieving my level 4 certificate in Property Management. I have been a tenant and an investment owner, so know exactly what it is like to be on both sides.
Managing a small portfolio of properties, for my VIP investors is great, and I am very passionate about my profession. I believe I am a great asset to all of my owners always working in their best interest, but of course always abiding by the Residential Tenancies Act.
The past 10 years has seen so many changes in Property Management, I am excited to see property management evolve even further.
I have been married for 21 years and have three children aged 23, 19 and 17, I love spending time with my family, and can never get enough time with them.
