Simone has been involved in the real estate industry for nine years. She was in the rental accounts department at head office, worked on Saturdays for two years for Mt Eden as sales and rental receptionist, and was a part time letting agent for Mt Eden, St Heliers and Highland Park branches. Currently Simone is based at the Takapuna branch as a letting agent.
Prior to real estate Simone enjoyed many careers including managing a large steakhouse in South Africa and being a service co-ordinator in the IT industry, an administrator in accounts and social club co-ordinator. Her background has enabled her to develop effective skills such as customer service, dealing with conflict, accounting and bookkeeping.
Outside of her real estate career Simone enjoys spending time with her two daughters and grandson. She is also a member of the Salvation Army Browns Bay.
Simone loves the Takapuna area because of the people interaction, the bays, the different types of homes and ages of them.
Simone is able to speak fluent English and Afrikaans should you require specialist language skills.
