Simon and his wife Ngaire have lived in Queenstown for 27 years, 19 years of which Simon has been involved in selling real estate in Queenstown and is recognised by Harcourts as being amongst the top agents in New Zealand.

Simon is well known in town for his tireless support of community projects. He has spent two terms on Council, including three years as Deputy Mayor and a Committee Chairman.
