An immediate success in her real estate career, winning awards across the property sectors, Shelley Grieve is now co-owner of Bayleys Mid West focussing on lifestyle and residential properties across the Manawatu, Rangitikei and Horowhenua regions.

A top achiever with a solid work ethic, Shelley has outperformed many of her national colleagues and she now shares her expertise in the role of sales coach to the team at Bayleys Mid West.  In this capacity, she relishes helping agents realise their dreams through a successful real estate career.

It’s no surprise that Shelley would have an intuitive approach to property.  In her previous career, she has been a Harley Street Nurse in London; she was the first breast care nurse in New Zealand in a multidisciplinary environment, and she nursed in a voluntary capacity in remote Fijian Islands.  Shelley is fascinated by people’s stories and has an empathy with her clients’ unique needs, allowing her to build immediate rapport.

Despite her breezy manner, Shelley takes property transactions seriously.  She is tenacious and determined to market and negotiate the best deal possible for her clients– every time.  As a franchise owner, Shelley has exceptional industry and legal knowledge and is careful to work within a best practice framework.
