Shelley is a country girl at heart and has spent the last 15 years in her element selling Lifestyle properties and enjoys the challenge that the different aspects of these homes offer.

Shelley and her daughter moved to Timaru at the end of 2013. Settling in Maungati they enjoy Lifestyle living on their 65acres block with a multitude of animals and the daily challenges farm life offers.  Their weekends off are spent riding all over the countryside on their horses and spending time with their dogs.

Shelley is often seen in the community as she genuinely loves the area she lives in. She has run two successful fundraisers that resulted in $6,500 being given to Beaconsfield School to revamp their library and then the following year the Rural Fire Brigade was the recipient of the fundraising. Shelley is currently a Super Giver which means she has donated over a $1,000 to the Make-A-Wish Foundation and is currently promoting the Crusader-endorsed Anti Bullying Campaign (The Children’s Storybook of Ace), which is the latest Bayleys community initiative.
