Shayne has personally bought and sold a wide range of properties over the last 15 years, including several residential styles, lifestyle, commercial, apartments, investment and development properties.  Consequently Shayne has a sound knowledge of a range of different properties and with all of his dealings with Real Estate, he welcomes the opportunity to do a better job than other Real Estate Professionals.

Shayne is now proud to be working for LJ Hooker Hamilton as part of the Residential Sales Team, where he is excited to be working with Sellers and Buyers to achieve the best possible outcome.

Shayne has been in business for over 20 years having owned and operated 2 separate businesses employing up to 10 staff.  The first was a Telecommunications and IT Business and the second was an Appliance Retailing Business.  Both businesses were involved in retail and servicing solutions for a wide range of customers, he has also won awards for business growth in the Central North Island region.

Due to his professional background Shayne has a bit of a reputation as being somewhat  of a perfectionist, with his attention to detail, hard work, honesty and integrity.  He loves to deal with all types of people and enjoys a challenge.

Shayne enjoys a wide range of interests including Fishing, Motor Sports, Boating, Property / Share Market Investment and Wine Tasting.
