I chose Sharyn to sell my house as she seemed really energetic and positive about the whole thing.
After she had taken the photos and listed the house she came around and repaired a piece of the vinyl floor for me! There were a lot of issues for her to deal with during my sale. Firstly I was away overseas! I had a house sitter but they wouldn't have been able to clean and tidy the place to make it look good enough for the open homes. Enter Sharyn. She would arrive early at the open homes and for any other viewing, she vacuumed the house, opened all of the curtains, moved some furniture to the best advantage, AND she scooped the poop from my cat litter trays, all three of them !
Nothing was too much trouble, and even when the first couple of offers did not happen she was always totally positive and she had my house sold for the asking price and a sold sign up in less than 3 weeks.
She did so many extra things it is hard to remember. Before each open and viewing she came to visit my house sitter to make sure he knew about it as he often did not check or answer his phone!
She sent me texts every day when I was away, sent me copies of everything by email, called me to discuss various things. After the sale she was still helping me, came to help me clear out the garage and the last amazing thing was she came and did my final clean on moving day as I and my furniture where heading off to the new place !
There are no words to say how highly I recommend Sharyn as a real estate agent. She went far and above the call and never missed the slightest detail. She is simply the best.
