Prior to returning to Bayleys, Sharon had taken a hiatus from the coal face of real estate sales to professionally develop herself in a management role of two busy real estate offices.  Whilst loving the challenge of this role, her client connection and passion for creating an exceptional client experience has led her back into sales with a strong focus on premium property on the Kapiti Coast.

Sharon is married to Luke with three adult children and enjoys keeping fit through walking, cycling and golf, as well as being highly creative with a passion for photography.  Sharon thoroughly enjoys the beach lifestyle and sense of community found on the Kapiti Coast and revels in an early morning power walk along the beach. She loves being involved in the community and has devoted her time to Rotary and through that has been actively involved in the Kapiti Food Fair and International Women’s Day as well as the Waikanae Show and Otaki Kite Festival.
