Selwyn Houry

Selwyn is no stranger to property. He was involved in property refurbishment, management and rentals in the UK for 12 years before coming to New Zealand in 1999. On moving to New Zealand he spent 9 months refurbishing his family home in the Bay of Islands while waiting for his residency to finalise. Selwyn realised his talents were in property and was enthusiastic about becoming a success in this fast moving industry. He then joined Unlimited Potential Auckland and after eight very successful years he took the opportunity to join the Harcourt’s Kumeu office, one of the world’s oldest and largest real estate companies. He has found the ongoing challenges of real estate hugely motivating and attaches enormous importance to improving the high standards he aspires to. Selwyn constantly sets himself high goals, gives honest appraisals and well-researched market advice to his clients.
