I am pleased to provide a reference for Selma who I engaged to conduct two difficult mortgagee sales in the Far North.

The first one involved several lifestyle blocks on Waipu Caves Road and I was impressed by Selma’s dedication and enthusiasm. They were not the easiest blocks to sell and she racked up many hundreds of kilometres arranging viewings, often at times very inconvenient for her. On the other occasion she assisted with the sale of a 650 hectare sheep and cattle farm near Kaikohe.
