Scott Kirk

Scott joined Bayleys over 15 years ago and is General Manager for Bayleys North West Auckland, responsible for the Residential and Commercial businesses in this region. Previous to this role, he operated as a high performing Bayleys Commercial broker for 15 years and was regularly in Bayleys Top 10 commercial brokers nationally. Scott is a reliable and result driven performer achieving top outcomes for his clients.

Scott is responsible for driving Bayleys growth in the North West region – an exciting prospect for the business. He will combine his extensive sales and real estate skills to drive a team of real estate professionals both strategically and by continuing to operate at the coalface alongside his team. He is motivated to help his team do deals, and he has vast experience in this area. Scott has a perceptive understanding of the goals and motivations of his clients which enables him to make deals happen.
