I hold a Bachelor Honours degree in Law, and have just completed the recently revised and rigorous licensing requirements to become a Real Estate Salesperson.  I am fully conversant with all the latest and best techniques to market and sell your property, as well as having comprehensive understanding of conveyancing and contractual law.  I have personally owned, bought and sold heritage properties, residential townhouses and a lifestyle property, and have been the administrator for a body corporate development as well as currently managing my own rental property; I have a vast level of experience to draw from across a wide range of real estate options.

I am bringing a fresh approach to real estate by taking honesty, integrity and trust to the heart of my business.  I am ruthlessly efficient and will make sure that you, the client, is kept fully informed at all stages of the property selling process.  I can be relied on to provide timely, transparent communication along with total support in navigating the real estate maze.  Understanding the client’s needs and wants are key to the successful sale of any property, and it is my aim to make the most of every opportunity for my clients by dedicating my most valuable asset, my time, to selling their most valuable asset, their property.

Having travelled all over the world, and lived in and adapted to many different environments, I made the decision to move my young family to NZ from the UK over 12 years ago, and am now a proud NZ citizen based in North Canterbury.  I own and am currently developing a 10-acre lifestyle property in Loburn and am a registered breeder of full blood Highland Cattle.  I am a keen gardener and vegetable grower with a love of landscaping.  Along with my family, I am actively involved in my local community with ties to local schools, Loburn and Rangiora High School, Waimak football, tennis and Scout groups.
