Sam is Director of the Industrial Sales & Leasing division for Colliers International Christchurch and leads a team of 7 dedicated industrial brokers who offer full coverage in the Canterbury region. In recent years Sam have delivered in excess of $250 million in sales with recent highlights including the $86 million sell down of Glassworks Industry Park, Southpark Industrial Estate and the Ngai Tahu offices in Show Place, Christchurch all on behalf of Goodman Property Trust; other recent transactions of scale include the sale of Silver Fern Farms 43ha of surplus industrial land in Belfast and the circa $20 million sale and leaseback of large timber processing property in Rolleston.?The experience gained through the GFC, Canterbury Earthquakes and more recently the re-build boom has helped develop a strong knowledge base and a proven ability to work through adversity.
