Rosa Ellis

Rosa Ellis is Head of Business Growth for Harcourts Grenadier Accommodation Centre and has been apart of our team since 2014. Her role is spread across our entire team to find new technology, develop new strategies and processes to assist them in providing a phenomenal property management experience for all our clients. She also manages the marketing and promotion of our services to property investors and tenants.

Rosa?s husband, a property valuer, is obsessed with property investment and has passed that obsession to her. They have built and grown their investment portfolio recently, which has given Rosa a strong and in-depth understanding of what it takes to be a property investor and how you can grow your property portfolio.

An honours degree in Speech and Language Pathology, which although very different to the property industry has given her plenty of transferable skills, especially to be able to learn quickly, critically analyse all situations and build rapport efficiently with all clients.

She loves her role and is beyond proud of the team when positive testimonials come back about them!
