For 38 years Rodger has regularly made the trip from Christchurch to Marlborough for family holidays. This impressive commitment is testament to the dedication and innate pull he has to this beautiful part of our country. Now based in the Bayleys Picton office, Rodger can call their once family holiday destination, home, and is in his element pursuing a new career whole-heartedly centred around both people and property.

With his own property in the Bay of Many Coves, Rodger has a good grasp on the challenges that can come with building in the Sounds and is eager to assist others with his knowledge in these areas coupled with his experience as a builder.

Outside of real estate Rodger will be making the most of the fishing and boating opportunities quite literally at his doorstep, enjoying time with his wife, four grown children and his grandkids.
