A true achiever, Ritesh Verma at the age of 21 in 2002, was one of the youngest real estate agents in New Zealand. Learning from the best in the industry and with 14  years’ experience buying and selling residential property in Wanganui, Ritesh is the future of the real estate industry.

Ritesh’s professional approach sees him work hard for his clients who employ him to ‘take the stress’ on their behalf and get results. Enthusiastic and with a unique charm Ritesh is a clear thinker and a good communicator.

Ritesh undertakes annual verifiable real estate training to keep abreast of the latest legislation and real estate trends. He believes this will enhance the service excellence he offers all of his clients.

Believing that Wanganui has much to offer, Ritesh is happy to be bringing his young family up here. A devoted father of three Ritesh relishes any chance to whack around a golf ball, play some cricket or a game of indoor netball.

Top Unit Salesperson and Top Listing Salesperson for 2014 for Property Brokers nationwide and Top Marketing Sales Person, Top Unit Salesperson and Top Listing Salesperson in 2013.

Ritesh acknowledges that the awards are a measure of his sales success but what really matters to him is his love of the job and the daily challenges the job brings. Many of his clients become long term friends and it is his clients who he puts first at all times.
