Richard is a driven and committed Real Estate agent with over 27 years experience under his belt. The last 22 years have seen him work as Branch Manager for Lodge’s thriving city office, now with 20 agents working alongside him. With Richard’s leadership the team regularly produces winning salespeople and top performing results.

Richard also continues to list and sell, and is a member of the Lodge Gold Club with a personal sales record of over $300 million. Both successful and experienced, Richard possesses a vast knowledge of the industry and is committed to putting in time and effort which is why he consistently produces top results.
Happily married for 38 years to his wife Monica, they have three children and three grandchildren. In his spare time Richard enjoys running and playing squash and is also an avid All Blacks supporter.

Richard has a friendly and good natured personality and lives by the mantra, “If it is out there, I will get it for you”. This hard working attitude and commitment to service has lifted Richard to leader of the pack!
