Introducing Rachael Cone:
I first entered the Real Estate industry fourteen years ago, following in the footsteps of successful family members before me.
I loved selling property and dealing with people however it was not long before I identified a niche in the Christchurch market. From talking with many people, from 'mum's and dad's, to investors/developers and even young people starting out on their own property ladder, it became clear that Christchurch was looking for something else. And they all wanted the same thing: 1. Not to be charged a fortune and 2. To find a 'professional' team of people who could deliver this service with experience, success and know-how.
Not one to wait around I got busy immediately. After studying to obtain a license to operate my own Real Estate company I also studied towards a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. I believed that this would offer invaluable experience in understanding the dynamics between people; on a personal level and in an organisation.
After much hard work I opened my first office in Christchurch and our dream took off. To this day we do not have a quiet moment in our busy office and all of the staff have taken the workload on with a passion I am extremely proud of. We have since opened a second office to service the North Canterbury region and in recent months have expanded into Mid/South Canterbury.
