Rachael has a background of almost 20 years sales experience, first as a top performer in the promotional products industry and since 2016 in real estate. Rachael has a reputation for outstanding customer service and always goes above and beyond for her clients. She is organised, hardworking and determined.

Rachael has a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) majoring in Marketing and Management from the University of Auckland. After graduating she entered the promotional products industry and successfully developed her own company, Promotion by Design. During her 15 years in the industry, she worked with high-profile corporate clients including Spark New Zealand, Spark Digital, Lotto New Zealand, Nielsen, Dole, Holden and Milmeq. Rachael’s mantra was to build strong working relationships with her clients. She was able to establish a strong rapport with her clients, many of whom are still great friends.

Rachael grew up in Devonport and went to Vauxhall Primary School and then attended Diocesan School for Girls where she made some lifelong friendships. Rachael lived in Grey Lynn, Ponsonby and Herne Bay during her university days and beyond. Rachael is married to Clint, and daughter Millie attends Diocesan School for Girls with son Sam attending Hauraki Primary School. She always had a feeling of ‘coming home’ every time she drove over the Harbour Bridge to see her parents. The family moved back ‘home’ to the North Shore in 2017 and now live in Takapuna. They love all the fabulous restaurants, cafes, theatre, parks, lake & beaches the shore has to offer. Over the years she and her husband have bought and sold 6 properties while raising young children and are now settled in their current home. Once the family put down roots on the shore, Rachael joined the real estate profession to tap into her genuine passion for people and property.
