Having lived and worked in Orlando Florida for BMW, first as a Salesperson then as a Business Manager Phillip earned a reputation as being very detailed, well presented and organised. Born and raised in a farming community, Phillip learnt and developed a strong work ethic. He traveled extensively throughout the North Island and then the East coast of Australia after leaving school then moved to the US in January 2000. Phillip and his American wife Sarah now have a young son who attends the local Herne Bay Kindergarten “We moved back to New Zealand in November of 2016 to raise our son in this beautiful country and experience all the wonderful things that come along with living in Auckland. I love to travel, meet people and experience new cultures. I find it most gratifying to take complex problems and find a solution with attention to quality and detail. I have a passion for architecture and Real Estate.
