Phil Wilson is committed to rural real estate. After joining the Pahiatua Property Brokers Rural and Lifestyle team in 2006, Phil has since negotiated many great deals and enjoys being part of the most recognised and respected team in the district.
Phil spent eight years managing an 800ha sheep and beef property in Omakere before moving to the Tararua in 1985. Spending many years running his own successful business as a livestock agent, Phil has built an extensive network of contacts in the area. Working closely with farmers for over 40 years, Phil has the unique ability to understand the issues affecting the rural community today and has a keen understanding of various farming systems and policies.
Outside of farming and real estate, Phil uses his many skills to benefit the Pahiatua community through his involvement in Pahiatua On Track, a community organisation involved in fund raising and organising community projects. Phil is an integral part of the Pahiatua community having been an active participant for many years.
