Phil is New Zealand born Samoan and is bi lingual. He has great pride in helping the Pacific Nations to achieve their dreams to own property.

With many years of experience in sales under his belt, his sales experience has been within the building industry both working for himself and other companies. He has worked within the elite market through to first home buyers, investors and traders.

Phil joined forces with ‘Team Bluegates Manukau’ and has excelled both internally and externally. Phil loves dealing with Vendors and Buyers alike and has a natural energy to help people in general. In just 6 months he has achieved a Bluegates Platinum award, a Gold Pin for $5 million settled sales and a place in the top 20 in the Northern Region. In his third quarter he achieved a Silver Award.

Phil works with his partner Ann. Together they are a strong team that will help you achieve your dreams in property.
