中介简介

Paula worked part-time in an administrative role in the real estate industry for a short time after returning from Europe just over 11 years ago, and there her passion for property was born!

After raising the family and helping her husband with his electrical business, Paula completed her real estate studies in Dec 2013 and commenced working at Harcourts. Whilst working under the traditional real estate regime, it didn’t take long for Paula to think that there must be a better way.

The unbeatable flat fee structure and the overall ethics of the company are what drew Paula to join the team at Tall Poppy.

“I love helping people, and it really is a breath of fresh air to be able to provide the same high standard of real estate service for a lower fee. Tall Poppy’s low overheads ensure a minimum commission fee, potentially saving a vendor thousands of dollars, and in these financial times, that is a big help.”

Having bought and sold property in both Wellington and London herself, Paula understands that real estate transactions can be stressful. It is her aim to make the process easier for all concerned. She takes seriously the responsibility for the sale or purchase of your largest asset and considers it an honour to help you do so.

Wellington born and bred, Paula lives in Wilton with her husband, 3 children, dogs, budgies and goldfish.

Outside of real estate, Paula is the PTA Treasurer of her daughter’s school and isn’t afraid to roll up her sleeves to help with whatever needs doing. She also supports her family’s interest in sport. Her husband coaches a premier club rugby team, and both her teenage boys play the game. Her daughter has just taken up netball, which of course isn’t a bad thing when Irene van Dyk is the ambassador for the company!

“Honesty and integrity are the principals by which I carry out my real estate practise and I look forward to being of assistance to you.”
