Paul Garland joined Bayleys Real Estate in 2011. Since that time, Paul has completed many lease and sale transactions for local and national clients.

Paul concentrates his efforts on knowing the Hastings retail and commercial/industrial market; the landlords, tenants, investors, brokers and developers. Paul specialises in all aspects of commercial real estate sales and leasing. He has expert knowledge of rental rates of retail, office and industrial space in the area and his wealth of knowledge of the leasing market is invaluable in relation to investment sales.
