Outside of real estate Patrick enjoys spending time with his son who graduated from King's College, who is now a quantity surveyor. In his spare time he is a motor race enthusiast and has recently taken up learning to fly. Patrick holds absolute respect for his clients and customers and has the determination to make them happy. He has achieved outstanding results that shows when the market is tough he has the skills to sell; the skills to get results, for you. Having had a successful listing and selling career in Auckland Patrick has now made the move up to Kerikeri with the hopes of finding his own little slice of heaven. Patrick is looking forward to meeting new people and making new friends in the Bay of Islands whilst working hard to achieve some premium prices for his clients.
