Nigel Bowden BCom BA AREINZ

Nigel started in the business in December 1991 after returning home from two years of travelling in Europe and North America.

Backed by a Commerce degree in Business Administration and an Arts Degree in Art History, Nigel leads our team as Managing Director, setting the overall direction for the business, while very much maintaining a hands-on approach to the details.

Widely regarded as a go-to person in the industry, Nigel has spoken at various property management Conferences in New Zealand and Australia talking on a full range of topics from processes, staffing structures, problem solving and how to manage a team in a crisis situation (earthquakes).

With a strong commitment to doing the right thing, and a calm deep-thinking approach the team has grown to become one of the most successful property management businesses in the country.
