Before moving to Total Realty, Barry worked for RE/MAX where he achieved #3 in the South Island and #41 in New Zealand in February 2012 and was consistently in the top ten. Having been a successful business owner building a company from an idea, to employing 12 staff and exceeding $1 million in sales a year has given Barry a wealth of marketing knowledge and negotiating skills which he uses to get the best possible results for his clients.
Nicole’s professional career has seen her work in a variety of positions from manager for a private fishing and hunting club, sales and marketing, to politics. Nicole believes that open, transparent communication is vital to providing exceptional service for her clients.
Outside of real estate Barry and Nicole are active members of their community. They believe the best place to make a difference is with grassroot organisations within their district and are always willing to lend a hand wherever they are needed most.
