From owning his own property investment company at just 17, to starting a company and successfully expanding it internationally, Nick has the business and negotiation experience to ensure you can reach the best result when selling your place.
His investment property experience means he’s long known the property game. And he knows the area well too; having grown up in Lower Hutt, his knowledge is as widespread as the region itself. So whether you’re in Central Wellington, its surrounding suburbs, or Lower or Upper Hutt, you can be sure Nick will have a vast knowledge of the market you’re selling in.
Nick holds an Introduction to Project Management from George Washington University, alongside a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration (BCA), Majoring in Management and Information Systems, from Victoria University in Wellington.
While studying, he also juggled building the company he helped found, Dash Tickets. The overseas expansion and ultimate sale of this business meant Nick not only gained international experience, but an intrinsic understanding of every facet of business – from advanced sales and negotiation experience to forward-thinking marketing skills. Indeed, starting a business from the ground up means he knows how to make your marketing dollar stretch that much further.
Aside from his business ability, Nick has a great passion for his community. Alongside being actively involved with both St. John Youth and Camp Quality, he holds down a volunteer position as an Ambulance Officer with St. John.
Nick brings this same level of commitment to his job too – along with a sense of humour and the hunger to go that extra mile. And no property is too far in the Wellington region for Nick to tackle.
